30-day money-back guarantee

Try your Clingman Fitness product at home. If it is not right for you, contact us at contact@clingman.co within 30 days of delivery to request a return—even if you have used it during that time.

Products used through normal use are eligible. You do not need to keep the product unused to qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

How to return your item

Email contact@clingman.co with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

Return the product in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories. Original packaging is required for a return.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return shipping

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We will not deduct return-shipping charges or a restocking fee from your refund for an eligible return under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email contact@clingman.co before sending it back so we can arrange the appropriate solution and explain any return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm it. For an eligible return, we will refund the full amount you paid for the returned item, including applicable tax, to your original payment method. Normal use during the 30-day trial does not disqualify your return.

We process approved refunds within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Late or missing refunds

If the refund has not appeared, check your account and contact your bank or payment provider about its processing time. If you still need help, email contact@clingman.co.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Email contact@clingman.co with your order number and details so we can help.
